You have followed all the steps that are needed for the milestone banner to be updated!! I am not sure why it is not working😕
I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and send a complaint. They have the resources to check your account and see what's going on. You can send your complaint from either iPad or iPhone. Please let me know if you need help with it🍫🍫

I am playing on an IPad or IPhone. I even shut down my IPad and shut down my IPhone.
I tried playing on both devices to see if either one would update and neither one did.
Guess I will keep trying, but need to get to bed now as I stayed up way too late hoping this would work.

Can you please log out of the game -- close the App -- shutdown your device for few minutes and turn it back on -- reopen the App and log back into the game -- see if the banner changed to 14000 Milestone!
By looking at your screenshot, I thought you are playing on a mobile device! Do you play the game on a laptop too? If so, did you replay level 14000 on your laptop?
If you did, for some reason, it doesn't work when we follow the steps on a laptop/desktop, but only works with mobile devices! I am not sure about the App version on Windows10/11 though!!

Thank you for your advice. I did go back and play a game, won it, and it still didn’t update to 14000. 😕. Still indicates 13000. 🙁

To update your level banner, all you have to do is -- play level 14,000 again and win it. Then, go back to the map screen and the banner should be updated to your current milestone👍️
