I hope not. I did replay the level as well but it didn’t update it. I reinstalled the game to see if it would help and voila. Thanks for the help
Thanks for the update @flegs. You are the first person I have read that has had to reinstall their game just to get their Milestone banner to update. Everyone else has just had to replay their last milestone level. I hope this isn't a sign that more people will be affected in this manner.

Sorry I should have said yes I’ve done that but no joy. I’m still showing 8000. I get the achievement cartoons (you’ve now achieved 11000 or 13000 but no banner update.
Hi @flegs did you try replaying level 13,000 as I suggested?
Well that’s not overly helpful - when I get to the next banner level it flashes with the little cartoon saying how amazing my achievement is but leaves the banner at 8000. Thanks.
Couldn't say for sure why this happens, but it happens quite a lot. Normally all you have to do to get your banner (badge) to show the correct milestone is to replay and win the last milestone level.
That is, if you replay and win level 13,000 you should find that your avatars banner updates to the correct level
