Please note that all purchases are handled by the platform and not by King.
If you play on iPhone or iPad, all in-app purchases are made with your Apple-ID and Apple handles the transactions and payment details. On Android it's your Google Play account and Google who handles the purchases. On Facebook it's Facebook etc.
I would advise you to contact the platform where you added the payment details to check what the issue is.
