Candy Crush will not open on my Ipad

For the last 2 days Candy Crush freezes on my IPad. It freezes on the main screen or right when it opens. So I deleted the app and reloaded it. That was a mistake I lost all of my power ups and it still freezes when it’s open. Maybe it’s my time for me to quit this game.
