I received my one year anniversary badge today!
It seems like I've been here forever and I doubt I'll still be here a year from now, but it's been a joy and there has been so much I've learned from all the other players here!
Thank you to all that have befriended me, given me all that encouraging feedback (no, that does not include you "Pikachu", or whatever other names you used, when you accused me of trolling....)
I've seen so many changes in the game and the community as well in the past year. On the most part the game seems to have changed from being level based to being event based. The algorithms are more easy to see through and beat, or maybe I've just learned so much in a year that I've become wiser?
It's a shame so many long term players and contributers have left. I guess the changes have meant that some of the old strategies - especially the one to wait for a lucky board - just don't work any more. Lucky boards were taken away from some levels and it's now a "know when to play which booster" strategy game. Personally I have enjoyed this change. I even learned to enjoy some of the leaderboard events through this community, it's been a fun year. Not all the changes have been bad ones.
So Happy Anniversary and keep on crushing! (If it's fun....)
