Unfortunately @HooferDoofer not everyone receives adverts in their game and there is no way of forcing them to appear. All you can do is keep playing and hope that one day they appear in your game.

Not cool, everyone should have the same chance to get free lives that is a terrible answer.

Yes, I guess the answer isn't very nice @HooferDoofer but unfortunately they are the facts.
The game is different dependant on which platform you play the game on. So whilst players on android might get extra lives from adverts people on Windows get more moves. Players on iOS receive different levels.
