Anyone else got a bug in Level 4288?

Stripes used in top box and then the game goes berserk flashing a blank white line at the top and can't make any more moves? I'm on a PC using Windows 10. This has been reported as a bug many times over the past 8 months on another forum and still not fixed???

It depends on the sequence of moves. I have got through the level now by not switching the stripe candies in the top section, around the dragon. Saying it is OK on your machine is not helpful. I would have been sacked from my Technical Support role if I had ever said that ! (My background is in Software and Hardware support.)

Most of the time my game is disconnected
I play in iran and i should use vpn to conect and play, but most of the time my vpn is conect but my game is disconnecting. I am a old player and i am playing during 13 year and my level is 8434, i am iranian person not a government please let us to continue connection 🙏
