Yes all the time. I’m having to delete the app and re-install it each time I have a break from playing. My iPad screen freezes on the “play” screen. I’ve cleared history, got rid of background open pages and still frozen screen. Very frustrating to have to wait for re-installing.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game! Is your game still freezing?
Can you check for the software you have on the device? And which version of the game App do you have right now?

Hi there,
same problem here (iOS 17.3.1 on iPad). Screen grey shades on level menu (it‘s level 6501 on my side). I can reinstall the app and play one level but then it grey shades again and nothing more happens…
I already lost all my boosters because of that issue.
Would be happy for help.
My game is still freezing and I am still deleting the app and reinstalling in order to play candy crush saga. It’s very frustrating as after reinstalling I have no boosters. I have the grey shading sometimes but other times it appears to load but when I press play nothing happens. Also when I view adverts for extra moves, I can play 2 but then it freezes and I can’t press next ad or play so again I have to delete the app and reinstall. I waste so much time it’s spoiling the game.
