Purchased gold bar etc money deducted but still not received many times this happens

Dear coustomer care team,

Many times this happens with me that when I buy gifts , life and gold bars it deducted from my account but i don't receive any purchased items, my bank shows the money deducted, and when I buy again it comes in my game i have paid twice for the same product.

Please check the issue with my account.
