An app was downloaded into my phone, and my Candy Crush Saga game was removed, along with several other things. When I've tried to redownload Candy Crush, and recover my accounts, it's not recognizing any of my email addresses, or passwords. I can't even just change his password because it's not recognizing any of my email addresses. I tried to log on through Facebook, because I originally thought that maybe that's how I started playing the game in the first place. It doesn't recognize my Facebook either. I don't want to start all over with the game.
