Because it's just a game, that is the reason. There are thousands of games out there which you play for fun, but which you have to pay money to play or to buy, none of them give you any money back in return. There is a difference between a game, and a "gaming app". Candy Crush is a game. Like Super Mario Brothers or Monopoly or Tetris: A game.
It's designed primarily for entertainment, but candy crush is making money with the game.
If we buy gold with money, moves and etc. on candy crush saga. Why can't we make a little profit from the money and data we spend on candy crush saga.
