Sam’s Streak

I was in first place last night with over 10,000 points but this morning the event had disappeared with zero rewards given. I tried to submit a help ticket but the email response said to seek help from the community which is honestly very disappointing.

Hello @jessfrog26 the email you received is an automatic response and you now have to wait 72 hours for a person to contact you about your problem. If no one contacts you after 72 hours you have to reply to your email stating that you still need help.

You are right no one here can help you with your missing rewards, only King can. Disappointingly there have been issues with Sam's Streak for years

I did this finally someone helped. Take screen shots if you can. In setting hit red cog wheel then the question mark find your issues send support contact message from there. The contact on bottom of page where discussion and support gets you go to help crap answer the other helped me. Go to technical issues or game progress lost may help connect you to someone to help you better

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
