Did you try a soft reset? Have you updated your game again? Have you tried to go through the troubleshooting steps?
Keep the game and device updated;
Have at least 2 GBs of free memory;
Clear cache;
Have a stable Internet connection;
I'm so sorry your having issues. I have saw in this link that other player's is starting to have this issue again. It was fixed but it seems that the issue may be happening again. So please be patient while they get this figured out. They will work hard to resolve the issue and get you back up and running ๐ค
