Why am I losing my streaks when the fanatics sportsbook ad keeps freezing?

I had a great streak, then the fanatics sports book came up and my screen went blank. No way to close out and go back to the game unless I closed the app and opened it again. When doing that, it didn’t let me continue my streak. Please eliminate the fanatic’s advertisements until they fix the issues.
