Why is my candy crush saga not connected to the internet

The connection issue you are experiencing - is it with the game or with the “Candy store”?
I don’t think we have the facility to “clear cache” on Apple devices! Let me check!
I’ve done all those things several times except clear the cache as I can’t work out how to do that.
