Hello @Evolution1 are you having issues with the Episode Race, or the Gold Chocolate Box?

Both of these game features provide gold, but at the moment they both have issues that King are investigating. The Episode Race fails to deliver its gold and the Box freezes on a task which can result in not getting your gold.

Until King fix their issues all you can do when you don't receive a reward that you should have is contact Player Support.
