Hello @PaprikaFrance adverts going missing is relatively normal behaviour for the game. Advert features should never be considered a permanent part of your game as they can come and go randomly.
In my game I lost all of my advert features for seven months before they reappeared as mysteriously as they disappeared.
Note that if you have purchased anything for your game using real money then this will result in the removal of your advert features.
There is nothing you can do to force adverts to reappear in your game once they have been removed. All you can do is keep playing, keep your app up to date and hope they eventually reappear.
