Whenever this kind of glitches occur, please do not compromise! You must send a complaint to the King Customer Support team. This way, your missing items will be reimbursed and also if there are any glitches in their system, our complaints will help them to rectify the issue.

I bought 3 days worth this morning and then logged out for awhile. When I came back to the game it was all gone I paid 130 bucks for 2 hours not cool this has happened to me 3-4 times
Hello @maggiemeldrum when you purchase timed boosters, or timed unlimited lives the timer starts the moment they are delivered to your game. The timer does not stop even when you log out of the game.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
