Hi @Jules289 The levels are the same for everyone at any given time: Check when those levels were posted on YouTube: Some are years old, others months. King change the levels almost every week. Sometimes they make them harder by adding blockers, removing moves and, more subtly, removing lucky boards from the algorithm. I'm not saying it's right. It is foul, frustrating and not relaxing. But everyone else is also getting just 22 moves right now, same as you.
What is happening? This level (9085) is impossible to pass. Looked it up on youtube as suggested by your team and noticed that all the videos have different number of moves. Some have 40 moves, some 38 and some 26. I ONLY HAVE 22 MOVES. Why?? Shouldnāt games be the same for everyone or are there āmore specialā people than me, out there? This is soooo unfair and it makes me very angry. This is supposed to be a relaxing game!

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it youāve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! Iāve played the level Iām on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with ācannot connectā. Iāve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
I logged in today and it says Iām playing candy crush lite version and some features have been turned off due to regional regulations why is this? I want to have the full candy crush experience and itās not letting me could someone help please ??
