6700 gold bars disappeared

I play Candy Crush on my phone. I created an Apple account to save my progress. My level progress was saved but I used to have 6700+ gold bars and now I have 2. This was the situation I was trying to avoid by creating an account. How can I get the gold bars restored?

That automated response is the initial response we all receive after sending a complaint to the King Player Support team.

Please send a reply through that automated email itself and explain the issue about missing Gold Bars. It might take up to 72 hours for a real agent to get back to you. But, do not lose hope and be persistent.

By any chance, if you did not receive any response even after 72 hours, please send another reply (again) and inform them that you are still waiting for assistance.

It has been more than a month and I never got a response back to any of my multiple requests so unfortunately I’m deleting the app.

I sent an email and contacted through the app. Both times, it sent me an automated message to use the forums instead. How can you contact customer support if they both send you to the other?
