Sorry! I am not able to "quote" your comment here! But, your question was "will the Color Bombs covered under Licorice (Licorice lock) count"?
Thank you so much for asking🙏 My answer would be — no! Color bombs covered under Jelly, Licorice curl, crystal, etc., won't be counted. Because, you are not putting any effort to make them appear! But, the Color Bombs under Licorice Shell will be counted, as you have to break the shell for the candies to appear😉
