I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your purchased items but the money was deducted!!

You will have to contact the Customer Support team from your device by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
• Go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Now, select "I did not receive my purchased items" option and click on it;
• Follow the steps provided there.
