the game ended with out using all tries. I only had two no chance to continue list my chance at gold bars! Not happy

Hi, I'm sorry that you lost your chance to win gold bars because of the level.
Your question was not so clear. But my guess is that you probably destroyed the chocolates too early before you collected all needed orders. When that happened there would be a message saying "Oops …" then the game ended. We have no other options than to try that level again.
