Is the Golden Challenge working properly?

For the third time today, the game has asked me if I want to join the Golden Challenge to get a share of 500 or 1500 gold bars. I have joined every time (I'm currently playing for the third) but I have not gotten any gold bars, even though I have not lost, which means I wasn't kicked out of these challenges. Why is that happening? Any way to get those gold bars?

I did complete them, but I didn't get the gold bars. That's what I don't understand.

@ChaosAPP the Golden Challenge in my game requires the completion of 21 levels at the first attempt. Have you completed 21 levels?

To check your progress in the Golden Challenge click on it's icon in your Events screen. This will tell you how many of the 21 levels you have completed and how many players are left in the challenge with you.
