Why is it showing only one account of Facebook to retrieve my progress on candy crush while I want other Facebook account to retrieve my progress and it’s opening on a website instead of Facebook app itself.

Thank you for the feedback. It is not possible to transfer your game to another Facebook account but you can start at same level in your new Facebook account by email Support Team here so they can restore the levels manually on your new Facebook account.
