I followed these steps and it didn’t work. I tried multiple times. How do I switch my progress from Facebook to Apple?

Hi Ncorrea, This can be done, please follow the steps below 😁

Create a King Account: If you haven't already, create a King account by visiting here. Make sure to use the same email address that you use for Facebook.
Use the Same Email: It's crucial that you use the same email address for your Facebook, King, and Apple sign-in. This helps in syncing your game progress across these platforms seamlessly.
Don’t Hide Your Email on Apple Sign-In: When signing in with Apple, you'll see an option to hide your email. Make sure not to use this feature, as we need your email visible to sync your accounts properly.
Log In and Out: Once your King account is set up, log in and out from both Facebook and King to ensure that these accounts are synced.
Sign In with Apple: Finally, use the Apple sign-in option with the same email address (and make sure it’s not hidden). This should sync your Apple account with your King account.

🍬 If Something Goes Wrong: Don’t worry! If any issues arise and your accounts don’t sync, we can transfer your game progress. You can get help with this by reaching out to the support team at King by pressing the "?" in your game.
