Hi @ram999 I think you might be misunderstanding the purpose of this forum. Everyone here has exactly the same status as you do and none of us work for King, or has any influence over what King does.
If you want to make a suggestion to King then you should contact King directly using the Help function of your game

Sir we are lover of this game we never seen this type of game ur system is going on wrong direction
If you continue to go like this then we will quit bcoz after paying u money we are not enjoying game
There is a difference between business and cheating

Okay it isn't cheating then. Cheating means to act dishonestly and King aren't being dishonest in anything that they do in their game. You, me and everyone else might not like how difficult some of the levels are, but that doesn't make them dishonest.
U also admitted that moves are less very less given to cheat customers
We are regularly buying booster

I am not sure it is cheating @ram999 but yes some of the levels do seem to have too few moves.
Some levels are clearly designed to get you to use a booster or two to complete them and no matter how often you play the level you will not complete it until you use a booster. Additionally some levels are clearly designed to make you buy extra moves and you won't complete these until you buy the extra moves.
Whether or not this is cheating I couldn't say. From King's point of view it makes good business sense as some people will use money to complete these types of levels. Ultimately, being a business, if King don't make money there will be no Candy Crush
