Cannot restore progress on Android after iPhone

Question

Hello, I have a King account denis516@mail.ru. On my iPhone I am currently on level 8391. As I restored my King account on my new Android phone, I had to start all over from the beginning - can you help me restore my progress on a new phone? Thank you!

Gold has transferred successfully, but not the level I am on. Actually, I started anew with level 1, but the game has allowed me to skip levels, so now for some reason I am on level 21, but levels up to 38 are open to me. Can you move me and my progress to level 8391, please?

Thank you, but, sorry, this does not work properly. My progress has not been restored even after re-entering my account on Android.

Quite interestingly, the game on Android now requires me to pass the first level of an episode to bring me to the start of next episode after app restart. This way I am already at level 246, but it will take me a long time to get to where I should be :)
