candy crush saga does not load on my computer and on my android phone. I can get into it then it just won't allow me to play as it is in grey /shadow screen. I can see the map but can't access anything on the game. This has been happening for 2 days now. I have cleared cache, force stop and checked for all updates in software and also game.
