I've been play this game for many years but suddenly I don't receive reward ads while playing... How come this much careless you're.. I've complained any it many times but still same . How come a player can pass those levels without the rewards ads. I request to provide reward ads as usual.. or else I'll uninstall this game and I ask my friends whoever play this game too. Pls take action as soon as possible. Thanks

Hello @Thanes sorry to hear that you have lost your adverts but no action will be taken to reinstate them.
Game features aren't available by request and you either have a feature or you don't. King can take away a feature when they like and without notice or reason.
I once lost my adverts for seven months before they reappeared in my game. Funnily enough they disappeared when the 2023 All Stars started.
Please note that if you have used real money to buy something for your game then King automatically remove all of your advert features immediately.
