I have started my first test game and there are 10 players in its group, no more seem to be added, so that would suggest that in Knockout round 2 there are still indefinite leaderboards being created, so if you want to conserve you crushing energies, wait to play and don't join any of the early groups just yet. My timer says there are 113 hours of play!
