What is this mean and why did i didn’t Qualify the Tournament in Candy Crush Saga

is it just me or Candy Crush Saga is playing with me around with the tournament because this is the second time seen this.

    It means you aren't out of the All Stars yet as you can play in the Second Chance 2 Round 1 that starts on the 17th April @Gio2029
