Good evening I changed phone I reinstalled candy crush but it didn't update my progress I was first in the elimination round of all star .. how do I solve the problem?

Force close all apps and restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds.Please play 1-2 levels and go back to the map to see if it comes back.

Hello @Lionheart203 have you played any levels on your new phone yet? When you download the app on to a new device when you open it for the first time you have to play a level or two before all of your features get synchronised. This is assuming that you saved your game on your old device using a King account. If you didn't save your game then your progress won't transfer.
