Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback. Recently a changed was made in the game to only let players play in Portrait mode (this is how the game would look like when playing on a phone). This change is also effective on Windows. Currently there’s no plans on changing this back, but please leave your feedback on the change in this discussion.

Hello and welcome Unfortunately, this game is only available in portrait format. There's a post about that. If you lost your levels, please don't be afraid. Log out of the game and log back in. Please check for an update and clear the cache and log in again!!! Have you reinstalled your game? If yes. Then play and complete level 1 and then log in again with your details. Then you are back to your current level.
