Recover my progress

Good morning I need your help, my Facebook account has been disconnected from the game, when I try to reconnect it gives me an error message unable to recover my progress. I uninstalled the app, uninstalled Facebook, restarted the phone, tried a different connection... Nothing to do, I'm stuck?? THANKS
