Is the mobile game actually made alot worse and a lot harder than the windows game ?

Is the mobile game restricted in some way of ability or it's just made so hard due to software issues as keep seeing people say they have got passed levels 1000 and beyond if playing via windows so is the mobile game all wrong ?

Those playing via mobile here message how far have you all got without spending money on boosters + how many times roughly have you had to play the hard levels to win ????
