I have already checked update; I no need log out game because the game lost connection by itself, so I was logged out already. I have restarted my mobile phone for zillion time; I tried switching wifi, airplane mode, mobile data etc; all your standard support, I have tried. At the end of your standard support, it said if still cannot resolve, contact our team, but there is no contact information, so HOW to contact YOUR TEAM, if there is one.
