Are Microsoft employees eligible for the tournament?

Hi,

I noticed this in the terms and conditions:

3.1.5. not be a director, officer, contractor, or employee of King or any Affiliate of King (collectively, “King Staff”), or a relative of any King Staff, unless King has been notified of and has expressly authorized such relationship in writing;

Is Microsoft an "Affiliate of King" as they aquired Activision Blizzard at the end of last year? And, if so, does that mean Microsoft employees are not eligible for the tournament?

Well Microsoft is definitely an affiliate of King, so I guess that means a Microsoft employee isn't eligible to play @edwardsp
