My All Stars status disappeared

Hi there, I added my email to make sure I could be contacted for the form and while my levels all kept I no longer have my All Stars status (I am #1 on the Final Knockouts round 1 leaderboard). Please help?! I spent a lot of time on this and would really like to restore asap so I can continue. Thank you

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

Please Log out of the game -- close the App -- restart your device after shutting it down for about 10 minutes -- reopen the App and log into the game -- replay a level that has Purple candies and win it -- see if the leaderboard appears again.
