All stars disappear?!

I ascendancy changed my time because of work. After that I opened candy crush and the event was disappeared. WHAT TO DO?

Please Log out of the game -- close the App -- restart your device after shutting it down for about 10 minutes -- reopen the App and log into the game -- replay a level that has Purple candies and win it -- see if appears again.

hey thank you I tried it but it doesn’t show anything. It only show send the conact formula but nothing else’s, not the leaderboard, not if I’m collecting any stars. I tried everything, this makes me sad :/
