So have been having difficulties in playing hard levels anyone who can help

Hard levels are put into the game by King to make players use up their gold and boosters and once those are all gone to spend money on the game. Some of them (mostly those fire levels marked as "legendary") cannot be passed on your first attempt without using boosters.
I use pre level colour bomb and stripe/wrap candy pre level for the hard levels on my first and my second attempt. If you fail on your second attempt, then after that don't waste any more starting boosters.
If you can see that you can pass a hard level with one lollipop at the end then use it.
Otherwise, if you have no boosters then wait until you have tried the level so many times that the game offers you lots of extra moves for 10 gold, then pay the gold to pass the level.
If you are out of gold, then you will have to be patient and wait until the game lets you pass. This may take a long time for some legendary levels.
