My wife has been playing night and day, being at the top. This morning when she started playing she was #5 on the board and after she finished one of the games she got kicked down to level 25th. After playing all day she is still hasn’t been able to reach anything other than #14. How can a gamer reach millions of points in half hour? Also the game kicked her out, not accepting her points, candies, also charging for items but not giving the items. Glitch, bots and cheating all over the game. This is very disappointing! What’s going on? How can we escalate this situation? This is frustrating as we are only hours away for the game to be over.
Anyone please any word of advice would be appreciated!
This is very weird, she’s been playing non stop, herself, no bots, no nothing and playing the same way all month and yet at the very end things start to give issues. Who in the world hacked into the game?
Please this is a 911 emergency not only for her but for all the players.
It’s kicking her off the game, is not taking the points after finishing a level.
