I’ve closed out the app, closed down phone, logged in and out. The dragon will not drop in level 3030. Please help! I’ve spent a good amount of money on this game. Thanks!

You need to hit the mixer a total of five times. Each time you hit it (such as with a striped candy from below) one of the four screws gets knocked out. Once all the screws are gone it takes one more hit to make it explode and that dragon will drop out.
it’s not dropping from the mixer. I cleared all candy with 10 moves left and it never dropped.
