Ya Hub does not exist in Win App, did show up in mobile. At this point it is a mystery. Looks like a film theme. We won't get the full into until the 13th unless they add it to the hub.
Usually we only know about a season when it actually starts so them having in it the Hub we might get some info ahead of time.
The Hub has never worked for me. What delights are in store for us on May 13?
