Greetings to everyone, im a user of candy crash saga from my cellphone but i tried to move on a Xiaomi pad 6 without any luck as the 'played before button' is not working…
the pad is brand new and updated with lots of space…
it's like the button is never programmed to do anything …
any help pretty please? thank You in advance

Hi there @amalitsa, I moved this thread to the Candy Crush Saga section as it was in the Candy Crush Soda Saga section.
Are you able to share a screenshot of your problem? If you haven't logged in on your new device and have no progress there, I would try at least to reinstall the app and make sure that you have both the device and the app on the latest version to make sure that there's nothing wrong, as well as an internet connection to be able to retrieve the information!
