Hello @Alessia_1973 I can't answer your question except to say that King want you to spend real money on the game. Not every player gets ads in their game. King state that there are random test groups of some players who get ads and some who don't get ads. We all get different events in our games. Anyone who spends money will not get ads as King hope they will keep on spending money.

Hello @Alessia_1973 there are two reasons you might not have adverts in your game any longer.
The first reason is that you have purchased something for your game using real money. As soon as you use your own money on your game King removes all of your advert features.
The second reason you might no longer have adverts in your game is because King has removed them from your game and moved them to someone else's game.
This is how all of the game features work. Having a feature is no guarantee that you will keep it forever as every feature of Candy Crush should be considered temporary.
The reason you don't get more help to complete the levels is because King wants people to buy help. If they gave away to much help to everyone then no one would have a reason to buy anything.
