Where have all my levels gone

I got a new phone today and you’ve done it again put me back to level 36 when I was on 11,988 I’ve got so many accounts with you where you keep doing it to me. I’m getting fed up with it now just put me back to my right level otherwise I’m gonna spread what you keep doing to me. Sort it out.

Did you make sure that you are logged into your regular game account?

Can you try this tip first —> replay level 36 and win it — do not click on "skip" but, let it run all the way until the score board appear — now, click on X of that level and go back to the map screen — see if your profile icon is clickable to go to your original level.
