Hello, I am not receiving my normal amount of lives from my friends and I’m finding myself unable to play. Has something changed please?

Hello and thank you for replying. I used to receive around 17 a day but now only 5, there has been a significant drop and just over the last week. I have added more people. Thank you for your help. Warm wishes, Caroline
Hello @HopeHope1 how many lives are you receiving?
Not a recent change, but the removal of the level rankings and Send Lives button that used to appear at the bottom of a level seems to have made a big change to the number of lives people send/receive.
Without the Send Lives button people have to send lives one by one to each friend they have in their list. Some people don't like to do this and so stopped sending lives.
Go through the Player Cards of all the people in your friends list to see how many of them are still playing.
Add more people to your game. The more friends you have the more lives you should receive.
