Problems when I al going to start to play

Hello,

When I access to play, in the map screen for choose where to play, the screen goes dark and doesn't let me touch anything.

I removed the application and reinstalled, re login, delete cache and stored data and the problem continues.

Could you please help me?

I play from Samsung phone with Android.
