Lost over 200 goal bars Wednesday the 17th and the whole game changed

the same exact thing happened to me I lost gold bars, boosters and lost progress in the levels and the challanges.. at first when it reset I was at level 1 but then a day later I’m randomly I am at 32? I tried contacting candy crush support and they are no help it’s just a standard message.
